Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the ski resort, making it convenient to access the ski lifts and enjoy various amenities. The rooms, despite being a bit small and experiencing some noise issues at night, provide a good level of comfort. The service staff are extremely friendly and helpful, though at times lack the authority to address issues promptly. The dining options offer great variety and organization, starting early for a ski resort, with fresh dishes available. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and cater to various needs, enhancing the overall stay experience.
Although the rooms were a bit disappointing for the price, the hotel is conveniently located right next to the ski slopes and Pradollano area. The service, while sometimes impatient, offers a variety of amenities from room service to ski equipment hire. The location couldn't be better for accessing the slopes and local bars, making it worth the cost. The dining experience was good with lots of choices, but maybe not worth the high cost. The facilities are well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel feels like a massive cafeteria but offers stunning mountain views. The rooms, unfortunately, are quite small for a family, which is a drawback.
